Excavating Ce_ FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS FULLY COMPLETED AND PERFORMEDg DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AFTER GIVING EFFECT TO SUNDRY CREDITS HEREIN AUTHORIZED AND ALLOWED AGAINST SOME OF SAID ASSESSMENTS DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO ENGROSS AND ENROLL THIS ORDINANCE BY COPYING THE CAPTION OF SAME IN THE MIN[TTE BOOK OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WORTHS TEXAS, AND BY FILING TIC COMPLETE ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECOgtDS OF SAID CITYo AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WI~REAS, the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract with Triangle Pavina & Fxaavatin,g om any , for the making and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streets, avenues and pubS.ic places in said City, to-wit UNIT I EDWIN AVENUE From th west property line of Lot 13 Block 1, Forest Park Place ending in an eighty-foot cut- de-sac, known and designated as Project No 029- 36638 Unit I; a five-inch thick hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement on a five-inch thick lime sta- bilized subgrade with seven-inch high concrete curb and eighteen-inch wide concrete gutter on a thirty- foot roadway UNIT II MISTLETOE AVENUE From the west property line of Lot 4-R, Block 1, Forest Park Place ending in an eighty-foot cul- de-sac known and designated as Project No 029- 36638 Unit II, a five-inch thick hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement on a five-inch thick lime stabil- ized subgrade with seven-inch high concrete curb and eighteen-inch wide concrete gutter on a thirty-foot roadway ti~~HEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No ~~~, a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, wHEHEAS, the City council of the pity of Fort ~+orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 8440 , and Ir~H~:fiN:Aa, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor;
