INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION 0~' SAID IMPROVEMENTS FULLY COMPLETED AND PERFORMEDa IJIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AFTER GIVING E~F'LCT TO SUNDRY CREDITS HEREIN AUTHORIZED AND ALLOWED AGAINST SOME OF SAID ASSESSMENTS; DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO ENGROSS AND ENROLL THIS ORDINANCE BY COPYII~ THE CAPTION OF SAME IN THE MINUTE BOOR OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WORTgifl TEXASa AND EY FILING THE COMPLETE ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITYg AND PROVIDING AN EFI~CTIVE DATE WHEREASa the City of Fort Worths Texasy has heretofore entered into a contract wrath SRO ASPNAtT~ T~T~ , for the maleing and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streetsp avenues and public places in said Cityp to®~rit STALCUP ROAD From Turner to Fitzhugh and Cottey Street Storm Drain, known and designated as Project No 021-25235, Units I & II, a two-inch thick hot-mix asphaltic concrete sur- face course on a five-inch thick hat-mix asphaltic base, and by constructing seven-inch high concrete curb and eighteen-inch wide .concrete gutter where none exists Six-inch thick concrete driveways will be constructed where specified tivHENEA3, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, wHEt~;A3, the City council of the pity of Fort ~'~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against sOIY1C one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 8430 , and WHEfiFA3, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NOW, THEHE~'ORE, BE IN ORDAIIJED 33Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
