and, wHEN;r;AS, the City council of the pity of Fort ~Yorth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 1h~ , and FdH~;k~AS, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in comBlete accordance Frith the contract therefor; N04u, TtH;ftN.F'ORE, BE IN ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, rHdT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public: places hereinabove described bey and they are hereby, accepted;
