HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 8668 ~,~ G ORDINANCE NO 8 ~o G AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTINGUISHING A 10 FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND A 5 FOOT WIDE AERIAL UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN STONE'S SUBDIVISION OF THE FIELDS-WELCH ADDITION PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS; SECTION 1 THAT THE following utility easements be and the same are hereby vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished A The 10 foot wide unrecorded sanitary sewer easement located along and across Lots R-9 and 10, Block 16, Stone's Subdivision of the Fields-Welch Addition, and being more particularly described as follows Being a 0 07 acre tract of land situated in the William Welch Survey, Abstract Number 1644, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, said 0 07 acre tract of land being a portion of the East 1/2 (one-half) of Block 16, Stone's Sub-division of the Field-Welch Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, as recorded in Volume 30, Page 620, Tarrant County Deed Records, said 0 07 acre tract of land also being portions of those certain tracts of land as described by deed to Central Bank and Trust, as recorded in Volume 7095, Page 2241 and Volume 6928, Page 2214, Tarrant County Deed Records, and being more parti- cularly described by metes and bounds as follows COMMENCING at the intersection of the south right-of- way line of West Rosedale Street (a 80 foot wide public right-of-way), with the east right-of-way line of Alston Avenue (a 60 foot wide public right-of-way) THENCE East, along the south right-of-way line of said West Rosedale Street, 74 00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of a 10 foot wide unrecorded Sanitary Sewer Easement, the centerline of which is described as follows THENCE SOUT THENCE S O1 THENCE S 03 THENCE S 00 THENCE S 01 THENCE S 01 H, 16 59' 48' 41' 28' 05' 00 52 51" 07 08" 37 feet E, 86 05 feet W, 15 03 feet W, 83 61 feet E, 46 82 feet E, 68 11 feet R THENCE South, 14 90 feet to the end of said center- line and the end of said easement and containing 3230 square feet or 0 07 acres of land, more or less ,'r .:,.
