Know all men by these presents, that:
This Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease is executed for the purpose of correcting the
property description for that certain Oil Lease executed by the City of Fort Worth to Four Sevens
Oil Co.,Ltd. and recorded in Document Number 206004597 of the Official Records of Tarrant
County, Texas. Hence Exhibit "A" to said Oil and Gas Lease has been completely changed to
reflect the correct description of real property as being 821.1827 acres of land consisting of
thirty-two (32) tracts as described in the Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Attached to and by reference made a part of that certain Oil and Gas Lease
made and entered into by and between CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas as Lessor, and FOUR SEVENS OIL
CO., LTD. As Lessee under date of December 20, 2005.
821.1827 acres, more or less, in the J. Martin Survey, Abstract 1017, the Hiram
Little Survey, Abstract 930, the Abner Lee Survey, Abstract 931, Tarrant County,
Texas, and Abstract 496, Johnson County, Texas and the Sarah Gray Survey,
Abstract 558, Tarrant County, Texas and Abstract 1104, Johnson County, Texas,
known as the Fort Worth Spinks Airport described in thirty-three (33) tracts as
follows:
Tract One: 31.428 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated November 18, 1986, from Charles
E. Redwine, Trustee of the OKC Corporation Liquidating Trust to The City of Fort
Worth, and recorded in Volume 1240, Page 856 of the Official Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, to which reference is herein made for a more complete
description.
Tract Two: 175.836 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated January 17, 1985, from Edward C.
Wentrcek, Sr., Administrator and Administrator with Will Annexed of the Estate of
Mary Ruth Norwood Likins, and Pauline P. Norwood to The City of Fort Worth,
and recorded in Volume 8066, Page 722 of the Official Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, to which reference is herein made for a more complete
description.
Tract Three: 95.816 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated November 15, 1984, from Henry
Miller Company Trustee to The City of Fort Worth, and recorded in Volume 8012,
Page 2221 of the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas, to which reference
is herein made for a more complete description.
Tract Four: 49.686 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated February 14, 1985, from Q
Company, Inc. to The City of Fort Worth, and recorded in Volume 8094, Page
1339 of the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas, to which reference is

Tract Five: 87.003 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated December 12, 1984, from J.C.
Pace & Company to The City of Fort Worth, and recorded in Volume 8035, Page
116 of the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas, to which reference is herein

Tract Six: 24.611 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated January 30, 1985, from
Marshalsea Industries, Inc. to The City of Fort Worth, and recorded in Volume
8081 , Page 154 of the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas, to which

Tract Seven: 2.849 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated April 3, 1985, from Robert Gerard
Boone et ux to The City of Fort Worth, and recorded in Volume 8143, Page 1828
of the Official Records of Tarrant County, Texas, to which reference is herein

Tract Eight: 1.000 acres of land, more or less, and being more particularly
described in that certain Warranty Deed dated January 7, 1985, from O.L. Hagar
