AN ORDINANCE VACATING ABANDONING AND CLOSING AND EXTIN-
GUISHING A 15-FOOT (15 ) WIDE EAST-WEST ALLEY A 15 X 15
PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENT: AND A 5-FOOT (5 ) WIDE UTILITY
EASEMENT IN AND ADJACENT TO LOT 1-R AND LOTS 4-6
BLOCK 14 BROOKLYN HEIGHTS ADDITION PROVIDING FOR REVER-
SION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
TEXAS
SECTION 1
THAT the following described easements be and the same are
vacated abandoned and permanently closed and extinguished as ease-
ments for alley right-of-way public open space and utility pur-
poses respectively
A The fifteen-foot (15 ) wide east-west alley located
adjacent to Lot 1-R and Lots 4-6 Block 14 Brooklyn
Heights Addition extending from Margaret Street west
to Landers Street
B The fifteen-foot by fifteen-foot ( 15 X 1 5 ) public
open space easement located in the northwest corner
of Lot 1-R Block 14 Brooklyn Heights Addition
adjacent to the southeast corner of the intersection
of Landers Street and the above-vacated alley right-
~of-way
C The five-foot (5 ) wide utility easement in along
parallel and f ive feet ( 5 ) from the north property
line of Lot 1-R Block 14 Brooklyn Heights Addition ~
from Landers Street east to the east property line of
said lot and block
SECTION 2
That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated alley
public open space and utility easements is hereby released and shall
revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
r
are hereby repealed

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and it is so or-
dained
