ORDINANCE NO ~~~
AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EXTIN-
GUISHING CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED IN BLOCKS 2, 3
AND 4, TRIANGLE ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT!.
WORTH PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING 1 ;
AN EFFECTIVE DATE a ~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS
SECT ION 1
THAT the following described utility easements located in the
Triangle Estates Addition, Blocks 2 and 3, as recorded in
Volume 388-25, Page 76, and Block 4, as recorded in Volume 388-153,
Page 12, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same are
vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished as
easements for utility purposes
(1) The 10' x 100' utility easement collinear with the
common lot line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 2
(2) The 10' x 50 9' utility easement collinear with the
common lot line of Lots 9 and 11, Block 2
(3) The 6' x 119 9' signal (utility) easement collinear
with the common lot line of Lots 11 and 12, Block 2
(4) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement collinear
with the common lot line of Lots 9 and 10, Block 2
(5) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement collinear
with the common lot line of Lots 10 and 11, Block 2
(6) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement collinear
with the common lot line of Lots 12 and 13, Block 2
(7) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement collinear
with the common lot line of Lots 13 and 14, Block 2
(8) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement collinear
with the common lot line of Lots 3 and 4, Bl ock 3
(9) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement l ocated in
Lot 1, Block 4, centere d on the common lot line and

(10) The 10' x 30' down-guy (utility) easement l ocated in

That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated util-
ity easements is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent
owners as provided by law
SECTION 3
~~ That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so or-
dained
