FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID YMPROVEMENTS FULLY COMPLETED AND PERFORMEDg DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AFTER GYVING EFFECT TO SUNDRY CREDITS HEREIN AUTHORIZED AND ALLOWED AGAINST SOME OF SAID ASSESSMENTS; DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO ENGROSS AND ENROLL THIS ORDINANCE BY COPYING THE CAPTION OF SAME IN THE MINUTE BOOR OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, AID BY FILING THE COMPLETE ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITYa AND PROVIDING AN EFI~CTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, Teaeas, has heretofore entered into a contract with ~;oncho C.onstruct;on Cnm~an~~ Tnr , for the making and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streets, avenues and public places in said City, tomwit Hemphill Street From Felix Street to Interstate 20 Known and designated as Project Nos 021-23169 & 029-23169 Unit I, a seven inch=thick reinforced concrete pavement on a six-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven-inch high superimposed concrete curb on a forty-eight foot roadway Six-inch thick concrete driveways will be constructed where specified Thelin Lane From Hemphill Street to Old Hemphill Street, known and designated as Project Nos 021-23169 & 029-23169 Unit II a seven-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on a six- inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven-inch high superimposed concrete curb on a forty-foot roadway tivHEt7.EA3, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No 8303 , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, wHEH:F,AS, the City council of the pity of Fort ~'yorth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No __$303 , and WH~;~i1;Aa, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance urith the contract therefore NUtiy, THEI,EFORE, ~3E IN ORDAIIJED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TkiE CITY OF FORT WORTH, `I'EXt~;i, THAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
