DISCUSSION: In January 2007, the City Council adopted the Lake Worth Capital Improvements Implementation Plan. The plan included a number of water and sewer projects designed to provide Fort Worth Water Department services to areas around Lake Worth previously served by wells and septic systems. To date, projects have been completed to provide water/sewer service to the Landmark/Quebec and Woodvale areas and water service has been provided along Watercress Drive. This project includes the installation of a eight-inch sewer force main within Casino Beach Park to connect to portions of previously installed sewer force main, the installation of 54 residential grinder pumps along Love Circle and various 16-inch and 24-inch water main installation on Surfside Drive and eight-inch water main installation on Casino Beach Park and Love Circle. The project will also provide water and sewer services to 54 residential lots along Love Circle and water and sewer services to three lots on Surfside Drive. The project was advertised in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on July 28, 2016 and August 4, 2016. On August 25, 2016, the following bids were received: III-DER I AMOUNT TIME OF COMPLETION Logname: 60LOVECASINO-CIRCLEC Page I of 3 William J. Staff recommends these additional funds come from the Gas Well Revenues in Lake Worth Gas LSE CAP Fund 33001. M/WBE OFFICE: William J.
