OF FORT WORTHS TEXASS AND BY FILING THE COMPLETE ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID'CITYg AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREASS the City of Fort Worth, Texans has heretofore entered into a contract with ~~t0 ASPHALT. INC. S for the matting aired construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streetsS avenues and public places in said CityS tom~,it EDERVILLE ROAD In Courtney Oaks, Phase I, from Morrison Drive to 715' east known and designated as Project No 029-36578, a seven-inch thick hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement on a six-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven- inch high concrete curb and eighteen-inch wide concrete gutter on a forty--eight foot'~roadway Six-inch thick concrete driveways will be constructed where specified ,~ ~vHEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No ,g~,~„~, a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, wHE1t";Ad, the City council of the Lity of Fort ~'~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 8260 , and Y~HEI~;Ad, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; N06•V, `1'tIE1,LFORI,, BE IN ORDAINED I3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXr1~, `.THAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and publio places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
