B BLOCK`202 WEDGWOOD ADDITION
REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the 10 foot wide sanitary sewer easement BEING a
ten foot sanitary sewer easement situated in Tract B Block 202
Wedgwood Addition to the City of Fort Worth Tarrant County Texas
as recorded in Volume 388-60 Page 23 Deed Records Tarrant County
Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows
COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of said Tract B
said point also being in the northwest right-of-way
line of McCart Street, a 120 foot roadway
THENCE North 49°59'24" West 33 03 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING of said ten foot easement vacation
THENCE South 76°06'16' West 176 64 feet
THENCE North 31°57'52' West 10 52 feet
THENCE North 76°06'16' East 173 18 feet
THENCE South 49°59'24' East 11 42 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING of said easement vacation and containing
1 679 square feet of land
be and the same is vacated abandoned permanently closed and
extinguished as a sanitary sewer easement
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated
sanitary sewer easement is hereby released and shall revert to the
adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force

The subject utility easement acquired by dedication is platted but r~ontains
no utility facilities The subject vacation request is made in order to pr®vide
more usable building and yard space
Reviewing City departments have raised no objections to this request
Recommendation
It is recommended that an Ordinance be adopted vacating the 10' wide utility
easement in Tract B, Block 202, Wedgwood Addi~.i~~n
