AN ORDINAIQ:CE VACATING ABANDONING CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING THE 5 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
EXTENDING 5 FEET SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH
PROPERTY LINES OF LOTS 7-10 BLOCK 1 VILLAS ON
THE GREEN ADDITION FROM 28 82 FEET WEST OF THE
NORTHEAST CORNER. OF LOT 7 SOUTHEASTERLY 199 14
FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10 PROVIDING
FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
THAT the 5 foot wide utility easement BEING 0 02 acres
of land located in the D C Pace Survey Abstract No 1245 Tarrant
County Texas and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows
COMMENCING at a point in the south right-of-way
line of Lake Country Drive dedicated to Tarrant
County by the plat recorded in Volume 388-75 Page
33 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County Texas
Said commencing point being at the intersection of
the west right-of-way line of Spring Street dedicated
to Tarrant County by the Plat Recorded in Volume
388-89 Page 12 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County
Texas THENCE along the west right-of-way line of said
Spring Street as follows
S 24°50'15"W 29 31 feet to a point at the beginning
curve to the left
Southwesterly 226 25 feet along said curve to the
left having a radius of 370 37 feet a central angle
of 35°00'00" and a chord bearing S 07°20'15" W 222 75
feet to a point at the end of said curve
S 10°09'45" E 125 59 feet to a point at the beginning
of a curve to the right
Southeasterly 5 56 feet along said curve to the right,
having a radius of 874 67 feet a central angle of 00°
21'51" and a chord bearing S 09°58'49" E 5 56~feet to
the Northwest corner of the Villas on the Green Addition
as recorded i.n Volume 388-143 Page 77 Deed Records
Tarrant County Texas and being THE POINT OF BEGINNING
THENCE continuing along the west right-of-way line of
said Spring Street with the said curve to the right
5 00 feet having a radius of 874 67 feet a central
angle of 00°19'39" E 5 00 feet to a point at the end
of the curve
THENCE along the south line of said utility easement
S 80°12'06" W 49 66 feet to a point
THENCE N 86°09'56" W 149 18 feet to a point
THENCE N 13°10'30" W 5 00 feet to a point
THENCE S 86°09'56' W 149 14 feet to a point
THENCE N 80°12'06" E 50 00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING and containing 962 31 .square feet
more or less being 0 02 acres of land more or
less
be and the same is vacated abandoned permanently closed and
extinguished as a utility easement.
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated
utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent
owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage and it is so
ordained
