Inc. & Austin Road Co. a for the malcinE street improvements on tkte hereinafter described portions of places in paid Citj'S tom~it CANTRELL-SANSOM ROAD entered into a contract and construction of streets.S avenues and From 120' west of Maiden Lane to Mark IV Parkway, known and designated as Project No 021-36497 a seven-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on a six-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven-inch high superimposed concrete curb on a thirty-six foot roadway (North lane) L, wHEkEAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No 8138 , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, i~HEti:~;A~, the City council of the pity of Fort ~~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits ap;ainst some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No ~1~c.~ , and 4~H~;t~;Aa, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NUbd, TtiE1~k:FORE, BE IN ORDAIIJ:~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TF:X~~, `T'HAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
