UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9 BLOCK 11 LINDA VISTA ESTATES EXTENDING FROM SANTA PAULA DRIVE SOUTH 156 FEET TO A POINT 4 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 8 AND 9 BLOCK 11 LINDA VISTA ESTATES PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL OR- DINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EF- FECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the five foot wide utility easement adjacent to and extending 2 1/2 feet on either side of the common. lot line of Lots 8 and 9 Block 11 Linda Vista Estates extending from Santa Paula Drive south 156 feet to a point 4 feet north of the south property line of Lots 8 and 9 Block 11 Linda Vista Estates be and the same is vacated abandoned permanently closed and extinguished as an easement for utility purposes SECTION 2 That the fee to the land in the above described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed SECTION 4 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its pas-sage and it is so ordained APPROVED AS TO FORM AND LEGALITY City Attorney ADOPTED ,~ ~ EFFECTIVE / ~~ SLL lmj ~.,~- _ Cxty of Fort Worth, ~"exas 1~7ayor tend ~oun~~,l ~omrr~,u.n~,~at~zon.
