OF BOWIE STREET AND THE 20 FOOT WIDE NORTH-.SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 30 SOUTH HEMPHILL HEIGHTS ADDITION FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WEST BERRY STREET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BOWIE STREET PRO- VIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS RE- PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the 3000 block of Travis Avenue from the north right-of- way line of West Berry Street north to the south right-of-way line of Bowie Street and the 20 foot wide north-south alley in Block 30 South Hemphill.
