OF SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A .PORTION OF HUMBERT AVENUE FROM LOT 27 BLOCK 107 AND LOT 14 BLOCK 108 CHAMBERLAIN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS 2ND FILING EAST 20 FEET TO TRACT 1-A HAYS COVINGTON SURVEY AND A PORTION. OF EACH ALLEY IN BLOCKS 107 AND 108 FROM LOTS 14 AND 27 EAST 20 FEET TO TRACT 1-A HAYS COVINGTON SURVEY PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
