and, wHEREA~, the City Council of the pity of Fort ~'yorth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No S2t~ , and WHEI3EA~, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NUti~, TrIE~'ORE, BE IN ORDAINED ~3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXA;i, THAT I The improvement-s on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
