JUSTIFICATION(REASONS)FOR CHANGE ORDER
This is a no cost change order for the construction cost of Phase 1 for the North Service Center as designed by Quorum Architects on 19
August 2015.The total firm fixed construction costs of Phase 1 is$13,448,962.00 as per attached cost breakdown,plus a 7.5%Owners
Contingency Allowance($1,008,672.15)for a total construction cost of$14,457,634.15.Attached is the contractors schedule.The total
contract price remains at$25,462,938.00,to include a 7.5%Owners Contingency Allowance.M&C C-27384 was approved by city council on
21 July 2015.

The following is an outline of Ridgemont's preliminary proposal for the above referenced
project. This outline is intended to be a description of each line item of our spreadsheet.
Proposal is based on specifications and drawings by Quorum Architects dated 8/20/15, ESK-1,
ESK-2, and Electrical service narrative by M.E.P. consulting engineering dated 8/20/15.
Reference RCC Drawing Log Dated 11/16/15,for specific list of drawings and specifications
included in this proposal.
RFI#1 response dated 10/14/15, RFI#2 response dated 10/19/15 and Acoustical panel specs
dated 10/30/15.
Reference RCC Drawing Log Dated 11/16/15,for specific list of drawings and specifications
included in this proposal.
This Proposal is expressly contingent upon the conversion of the Contract to a stipulated sum
agreement with payment to be made on a percent complete basis utilizing a schedule of values.
*This proposal EXCLUDES the ADMINISTION BUILDING complete,from back of curb.
Earthwork to be left at rough grade, and utilities to be brought to 5' of building as shown.
Administration Building to be part of Phase II, complete.
Division 1- General Requirements
The general requirements include all overhead materials, labor and services associated with this
project such as, construction insurance, survey and layout of building corners,project
superintendent,project management,job trailer,daily and final cleanup of the building and site,
temporary toilets, dumpsters, tools and equipment as required to complete the project.
We specifically exclude the following:
1. All meter fees, tap fees, permit fees, impact fees and inspection fees.
2. Sales tax on incorporated materials.
3. Investigation, identification, removal, or remediation of hazardous materials.
