MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the _ZI14y of Lel , 2009, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and FOUR SEVENS ENERGY CO.,
LLC, 201 Main Street, Suite 1455, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"),
where LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of
exploring for, developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or
gaseous substances produced in association therewith, from the following described land
situated in Tarrant County, Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

EXHIBIT A
.6907 acres of land, more or less,out of the H.Covington Survey,
A-256. Further described as follows:
A portion of Lot 2 of Block 89 in Section 7 of Western Hills
Addition in the City of Fort Worth in Tarrant County,
Texas, as said Lot appears upon the map recorded in
volume 388-52, page 12 of the Tarrant County Deed
Records.
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod for the northwest corner of
said Lot 2 and southwest corner of Lot 3-D in said Block
and being in the east line of Portales Drive.
Thence south 88 degrees-41 minutes east, along the
common line of said Lots 2 and 3-D, a distance of 212-
80/100 feet to a 5/8"iron rod.
Thence south 1 degree-19 minutes west 148-58/100 feet to a
5/8" iron rod.
Thence north 88 degrees-41 minutes west 192-19/100 feet
to a 5/8" iron rod in west line of said Lot 2 and the said
east line of Portales Drive.
Thence north 6 degrees-35 minutes west, along the said lot
and Portales Drive line, 150 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 30,087 square feet.
