MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 1� ' day of 2009, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and FOUR SEVENS ENERGY CO.,
LLC, 201 Main Street, Suite 1455, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"),
where LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of
exploring for, developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or
gaseous substances produced in association therewith, from the following described land
situated in Tarrant County, Texas,to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

1.966 acres of land, more or less,out of the H.Covington Survey,
A-256 and the E. Wilburn Survey,A-1679. Further described in the three
(3)tracts as follows:
.561 acres of land, more or less, known as The South Part
of Block 15, Highland Homes Addition to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas; described by metes and
bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the West
line of said Block 15, 200.5 feet North of its Southwest
corner; THENCE 60 feet Due East to point in the West
line of State Highway #183; THENCE in a Northeasterly
direction along said West line of said Highway 243 feet;
THENCE West parallel with the South line above
mentioned 158 feet to a point in the East line of Marquita
Drive; THENCE South along said East line of said
Marquita Drive 224.3 feet to the place of beginning.
.486 acres of land, more or less, known as All that certain
tract or parcel of land off of the East side of Block 15,
HIGHLAND HOMES ADDITION to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, BEGINNING at a point
the northeast corner of said Block 15, Highland Homes
Addition; THENCE North 89 degrees 32 minutes West
along the line of said Block 15, a distance of 51-53/100 feet
to a point; THENCE South 24 degrees 18 minutes West a
distance of 106-63/100 feet to a point, the beginning of a
curve to the right of radius 500 feet; THENCE
Southwesterly along said curve to the right, a distance of
220-78/100 feet to a point in the South line of the Clifton B.
Voss and H. L. Arnold tract; also being the north line of a
tract of land conveyed to J. D. Jones as described in deed
recorded in Vol. 1830, page 460, Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas; THENCE North 88 degrees 21 minutes
East along said South line, a distance of 123-85/100 feet to
a point in the West right-of-way line of said Highway 183,
the Southeast corner of the Voss and Arnold tract;
THENCE North 24 degrees 18 minutes East along the East
line of said Voss& Arnold Tract,a distance of 250.2 feet to

Block 15, Highland Homes Addition to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the West
line of the said Block 15 Southerly 361.94 feet from the
Northwest corner of said Block; THENCE S 01-28' W,
along West line of said Block, 132.27 feet to a point for
corner; THENCE S 880-30' E, 157.9 feet along the South
line of this tract to a point in the West right-of-way line of
State Highway No. 183; THENCE N 240-18' E, 249.6 feet
along the said Highway No. 183 West right-of-way line to a
point; THENCE S 880-21' W, 123.85 feet to a point on a
curve in the proposed right-of-way line, from which point
the center of the curve bears N 400-24' W, 500 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along a curve to the right of
radius 500.00 feet, 113.02 feet to a point; the end of said
curve and the beginning a curve to the left, from which
beginning point the center of the curve to the left bears S
271-27' E, 533 feet; THENCE Southwesterly along a curve
to the left of radius 533.00 feet a distance of 48.99 feet to
the place of beginning, and containing 0.919 acres of land
more or less.
