Bertram Construction & Engineering Tnr , for the maleing snd construction of certain street impx°ovea~ents on ~e hereinafter descx°ibed portions of streetsp avenues and public places in said City9 tom~,rit FOSSIL CREEK BOULEVARD, PHASE I From Interstate 35W to North Beach Street known and designated as Project No 021-36526 a seven-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on an eight-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven-inch high superimposed concrete curb on two twenty-six foot traffic lanes ~~ WHEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the Gity of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No f3 31 , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the rtal and true owners thereof; and, wHEt~;AS, the City council of the pity of Fort Y~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No Rz31 , and WHEIi~:AS, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NU4d, TtiEFt~FOI~, BE IN ONDATtJF:D I3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtIF, CITY OF FORT WORTH, TF:xa~, TxAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
