MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 3 day of AQ GQS T , 2009, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas,to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

0.0462 acres, more or less, better described in the following two(2) tracts:
Tract A: 0.0279 acre, more or less, being a part of the P. M. Truit Survey, Abstract
Number 1508, as described in that certain Warranty Deed to the City of Fort Worth, dated
October 26, 1961, recorded in Volume 3619, Page 665, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, as
being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
Being a part of Lot 1, Block 16, Second Revised Filing of Byers and McCart Addition, to the
City of Fort Worth, as described by the Plat recorded in Volume 1711, Page 412, Deed Records,
said County;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, said corner also being the Southwest corner
of Block 16 and the intersecting point of the East property line of Frisco Railway;
THENCE North 00 deg 14 in West a distance of 70.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 48 deg 59 min East a distance of 46.15 feet to a point in the North property line
of the Frisco Railway.
THENCE South 41 deg 01 min West along said along said property line a distance of 52.62 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING; and containing 1214.2 square feet, or 0.0279 acres, more or
less.
Tract B: Lots 13 and 14, Block 14, Byers and McCart Addition, an addition to the City of
Fort Worth, being part of the P. M. Truit Survey, Abstract Number 1508, as described in that
certain Plat recorded in Volume 310, Page 27, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
LESS & EXCEPT; the following two tracts;
Tract 1
A 0.06273186 acre tract of land, more or less, being a part of the P. M. Truit Survey, Abstract
Number 1508, as described in that Certain Warranty Deed from the City of Fort Worth to J. C.
Wright and Rebecca Wright, dated January 25, 1985, recorded in Volume 8143, Page 419, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
Being a part of Lots 13 and 14, Block 14, Byers and McCart Addition, as described in the Plat
recorded in Volume 310, Page 27, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 13;
THENCE West a distance of 84.47 feet along the South line of Lot 13 to a point in the South
right-of-way line of Benbrook Drive;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction a distance of 106.4 feet along the South right-of-way line
Benbrook Drive to a point, said point being the point of intersection of the South right-of-way
line of Benbrook Drive and the West right-of-way line of Forest Park Boulevard;
THENCE South a distance of 64.7 feet along the East line of said Lots 13 and 14 to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING, and containing 2,732.60 square feet, more or less.
Tract 2
That certain portion of said Lots 13 and 14, Block 14, Byers and McCart Addition, that falls
within the boundaries of Benbrook Drive.
Containing 0.0183 acres, more or less.
