MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

BE IT REMEMBERED that on the G, day of Ay G V �'T , 2009, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

EXHIBIT A
1.269 acres,more or less, described in two tracts, being part of the Southerland Survey, Abstract
Number 1438, as described in that certain Warranty Deed to the City of Fort Worth, dated January 5,
1972, and recorded in Volume 5176, Page 333, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, further described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Tract 1
Being a portion of that area reserved for a park site adjacent to Blocks 15 and 18, Bluebonnet Hills, an
addition to the City of Fort Worth, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 388, Page 74, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
BEGINNING at an iron on the Northeast corner of said park site, said corner being on the South line of
Benbrook Boulevard and on the West line of Lamesa Place;
THENCE South with the West line of said Lamesa Place a distance of 109.2 feet to an iron,the beginning
of a curve to the left having a radius of 140 feet;
THENCE Southeasterly along the arc of said curve to the left a distance Of 120.67 feet to an iron on the
Northeast corner of a portion of said reserved park as conveyed to R. E. Greer and wife, Imogene Greer,
by the deed recorded in Volume 2063, Page 428 of the Deed Records of said Tarrant County, said iron
being on the Southerly line of said Lamesa Place;
THENCE with said Greer property, South 35 deg 48 min West a distance of 25.3 feet to an iron;
And South 41 deg 38 min East a distance of 38.8 feet to an iron;
And South 44 deg 17 min East a distance of 30.0 feet to an iron;
And South 47 deg 42 min east a distance of 35.0 feet to an iron;
And South 52 deg 21 min East a distance of 35.0 feet to an iron;
And South 57 deg 18 min east a distance of 50.7 feet to an iron in the West line of Lot 26, Block
18 of said Bluebonnet Hills Addition, said iron bears North a distance of 5.0 feet from the Southeast
corner of said Lot 26;
THENCE South at 5.0 feet passing the Southwest corner of said Lot 26 and continuing in all a distance of
16.7 feet to an iron in the North line of Lot 22 of said Block 18, being on the arc of a curve having a
radius of 545.8 feet;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along the arc of said curve to the right with the Northeasterly line
of Lots 22, 23, 24,and 25,a distance of 190.2 feet to an iron on the Northwest corner of Lot 25, of said
Block 18;
THENCE South 49 deg 28 min West with the Westerly line of said Lot 25 a distance of 140.0 feet to an
iron in the on the Northerly line of Worth Hills Drive, being the Southwest corner of said Lot 25 and
being on the arc of a curve having a radius of 685.8 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly with the Northerly line of Worth Hills Drive along the arc of said curve to the
right a distance of 20.43 feet to an iron,the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 125.0 feet;
THENCE Continuing with the Northerly line of Worth Hills Drive,Northwesterly along the arc of said
curve to the left a distance of 56.42 feet to an iron on the most Southerly Southeast corner of Lot A-R-2,
Block 15, of said Bluebonnet Hills Addition, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 388-29,
Page 329, of said Plat Records;
THENCE North 20 deg 56 min East with an Easterly line of said Lot A-R-2 a distance of 105.6 feet to an
iron;
THENCE East a distance of 25.0 feet to an iron, the most Easterly Southeast corner of said Lot A-R-2;

THENCE North with the East line of said Lot A-R-2 and with the East line of Lot A-R-1 of said Block
15, a distance of 211.5 to an iron on the South line of Benbrook Boulevard, said iron being the Northeast
corner of said Lot A-R-1;
THENCE East with the South line of said Benbrook Boulevard a distance of 81.5 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.9 acres of land, more or less.
Tract 2
Being that area reserved for park site adjacent to the South line of Lot 4, Block 1, Bluebonnet Hills, an
addition to the City of Fort Worth according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 388, Page 74 of the
Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron in the Southwest corner of Lot 3, in said Block 1, being the Northwest corner of
said park site and being on the East line of the Alley in said Block l;
THENCE East with the South line of said Lot 4 a distance of 156.0 feet to an iron being the Southeast
corner of said Lot 4, and being on the West line of Odessa Avenue;
THENCE South with the said West line a distance of 103.2 feet to an iron on the Southeast corner of said
park site being on the North line of Benbrook Boulevard;
THENCE West with said North line a distance of 156.0 feet to an iron on the Southwest corner of said
park site being on the East line of said alley;
THENCE North with the said East line a distance of 103.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
containing 0.369 acres of land, more or less.
