EXTINGUISHING THE 15 FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OUT LOT A=R-2
BROAD ACRES ADDITION THE 10 FOOT WIDE UTILITY
EASEMENT EXTENDING FROM A POINT .5 FEET WEST OF THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1-R BLOCK D BROAD ACRES
ADDITION WESTWARD TO A POINT 5 FEET EAST OF THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 11-R-1 BLOCK B BROAD
ACRES ADDITION THE 5 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
EXTENDING FROM A POINT 5 FOOT NORTH OF THE NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF .LOT 2 BLOCK D BROAD ACRES ADDITION
NORTHWARD 195 4 FEET TO A POINT 352 10 FEET FROM

PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the following described drainage and utility easements
be and the same are vacated abandoned permanently closed and
extinguished as drainage and utility easements
(A) The "Y shaped 15' wide drainage easement situated
in the southeast corner of Out Lot A-R-2 Broad Acres Addition as
recorded in volume 388-52 page 28 P R T C T
(B) The 10' wide utility easement extending from a point
5' west of the northeast corner of Lot 1-R Block D Broad Acres
Addition westward 280 06' to a point 5' east of the northwest corner
of Lot 11-R-1 Block B Broad Acres Addition as recorded in volume
388-133 page 63 P RTC T
(C) The 5' wide utility easement extending from a point
5' north of the northwest corner of Lot 2 Block D Broad Acres
Addition northward 195 4' to a point 352 10' from the northeast
corner of Out Lot 7-R-1 Block A Broad Acres Addition as recorded
in volume 388-133 page 63 P R T C T and
(D) The 5' wide utility easement from the northeast corner
of Out Lot 7-R-1 Block A Broad Acres Addition southward. 302 10'
to a point 245 4' from the southeast corner of 7-R-1 Block A Broad
Acres Addition as recorded in volume 388-133 page 63 P R T C T

SECTION 2
That the fee to the lands in the .above described vacated
drainage and utility easements is hereby released and shall .revert
to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage and it is so
ordained

(c) The 5' wide utility easement extending from a point 5' north of the northwest

(d) The 5' wide utility easement from the northeast .corner of Out Lot 7-R-1,,
Block A Broad Acres Addition southward 302 10f to a point 245 4' from the

The subject easements, acquired by dedication are not in use and contain no
drainage ar utility facilities The subject vacation request is made in order
to incorporate the vacated easements with adjoining property creating more
buildable area
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objections
to, this request
Recommendation ~
It is recommended that .an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject easements
in Out Lot A-R-2 & Out Lot 7-R-1 Block A Lots 1-R & 15-R Block D and Lots
10-R-1 Block B all in Broad Acres Addition
