Project Cost and Financing
Standard City policy states that under street reconstruction and widening resi-
dentially zoned property and property occupied by non-profit organizations, such
as churt.hes will not be assessed any portion of the cost except for non-existing
curb gutter and driveway approaches Consequently, based on the low bid unit
prices approximately $9,037 09 is proposed to be assessed against those property
which do not have existing curb anti gutter and driveway approaches Funding for
the property owner's share of construction cost will be provided for by a bond
fund transfer from the "Revolving Fund Unspecified"
Cost to the City for street construction ys approximately $207,980 96 and
$20;U55 05 for the park parking lot plus engineering Sufficient funds are
available in the project account for the street construction cost Bond fund
transfers are required from the 'Park Drives Unspecified" account for the City~s
parking lot cost and from the 'Engineering Unspecified" account for the City's
engineering cost
