HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 6952 ORDINANCE NO, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCES, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDING. AND OTHER STRUC- TURES; THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OVEN SPACESy OFF-STREET .PAARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAVE AND AREA AS 114AAY BE DEEMED BEST BY 'FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR 14ORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAX THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by .the court to be invalid, .the same shall not affect the validityof the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid, SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists,. the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be. fined not less.' than k' ve. and No/100.
