MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 35 k day of M A 2 C." . 2010, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas,to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

EXHIBIT A
BEING 3.76 acres out of the Hays Covington Survey, Abstract No. 256, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being all of that certain Lot B, Block 74, WESTERN HILLS ADDITION, Section 8, as
recorded in Volume 388-54, page 2, plat records, Tarrant Country, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot B, said corner being in the East right of way
line of Dale Lane and also being in the South line of that certain Tract B, as conveyed to Texas
Electric Service Co. by deed recorded in Volume 4153, page 622, deed records, Tarrant County,
Texas;
THENCE S. 89 deg. 12 min. E. with the North line of said Lot B, Block 74, and the South line of
said Texas Electric Service Co. Tract B, a distance of 560.90 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Lot B, Block 74, and the Northwest corner of Lot "A" Block 74 of said addition;
THENCE S. 15 deg. 18 min. W. with the East line of said Lot B, Block 74, and the West line of
said Lot "A" a distance of 369.08 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot B, Block 74, and the
Southwest corner of said Lot "A", said corner being in the North right of way line of
Normandale Street, said point also being the beginning of a nontangent curve to the left whose
radius is 793.04 feet and whose long chord bears N. 76 deg. 33 min. 59 sec. W. a distance of
50.24 feet;
THENCE along said nontangent curve to the left with said north right of way line in a
Northwesterly direction thru a center angle of 03 deg. 37 min. 49 sec. a distance of 50.25 feet to
the end of said curve;
THENCE N. 78 deg. 21 min. W continuing with said North right of way line a distance of 36.15
feet to the beginning of a curve to the left whose center bears S. 1 1 deg. 39 min. W. a distance of
829.29 feet;
THENCE along said curve to the left continuing with said North right of way line in a westerly
direction thru a central angle of 22 deg. 05 min. 14 sec. a distance of 319.69 feet to the
Southwest corner of said Lot B. Block 74, and in the aforementioned East right of way line of
Dale Lane;
THENCE N. 12 deg. 46 min. W. with said East right of way line a distance of 216.7 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the right whose center bears N. 77 deg. 14 min. E. a distance of 552.7
feet;
THENCE along said curve to the right continuing with said East right of way line in a Northerly
direction thru a central angle of 13 deg. 34 min. 00 sec. a distance of 130.87 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
