MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the -7 day of MAY , 2010, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

EXHIBIT A
BEING two parcels of land out of a tract previously conveyed to Sam G. McCall, Trustee,
containing a total of 0.603530 acres of land, more or less, by deed recorded in Volume 5486,
Page 273, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said parcels being included in a
previously excavated drainage channel, and said tract being a part of the Sarah Gray Survey,
Abstract No. 558, Tarrant County, Texas, and said two parcels being more particularly described
as follows:
SOUTH PARCEL:
BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said McCall tract, said point being N 0° 08' E, 86.0
feet from its southeast corner, and also on the westerly boundary line of drainage channel;
THENCE N 190 13' W, 393.8 feet, with the westerly boundary line of said existing drainage
channel, to a point on the southerly northeast line of said McCall tract;
THENCE S 410, 15' E, 213.0 feet, and S 0° 08' W, 223.5 feet, with said southeast and east lines
of said tract to the place of beginning and containing 14,581 square feet of land.
NORTH PARCEL:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly boundary line of said McCall tract that is N 0°, 08' E,
309.5 feet, N 41° 15' W, 213.0 feet and N 01° 20' E, 16.7 feet from the southeast corner of said
McCall tract, said point also being on the westerly boundary of said previously excavated
drainage channel;
THENCE with the boundary line of said channel, N 19° 13' W, 89.0 feet, to the beginning of a
curve whose center bears S 70° 47' W, 144.1 feet;
THENCE northeasterly with said curve through a central angle of 23° 24' for a distance of 58.8
feet to a point on the City Limit line between the cities of Fort Worth and Burleson;
THENCE North with said city limit line, 159.3 feet to point on the north line of said McCall
tract;
THENCE with the following courses and distances with the north and easterly boundary lines of
said McCall tract;
S 880 44' E, 36.7 feet; S 31° 08' W, 42.4 feet; S 65° 21' E, 54.9 feet, and S 1 degree 20' W,
233.5 feet, to the place of beginning and containing 11,711 square feet of land, for a total area in
the said two parcels of 26,292 square feet of land, or 0.603530 acres, more or less.
