MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the _( _ day of M /� `� , 2010, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

Being a tract of land out of the E. Jones Survey, Abstract No. 841, and the J.H. Cole Survey,
Abstract No. 317, Tarrant County, Texas conveyed to Louise Livingston by deed recorded in
Volume 8781, Page 383, and Quit Claim Deed recorded in Volume 9928, Page 1992, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Queen Street, North 89 degrees, 51 minutes, 04
seconds East 29.90 feet from the south east corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Hollowbrook Addition,
shown by Plat recorded in Volume 288-17, Page 18, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees, 51 minutes. 04 seconds East. 260.45 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE South 00 degrees, 01 minutes, 25 seconds East 167.50 feet to a point for a corner in
the south line of a closed street, as recorded in Volume 9928, Page 1992, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, and the north line of Lot 7, Block F, Broad Acres Addition as per plat recorded in
Volume 388-140, Page 71, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees, 45 minutes, 43 seconds West along said south line of closed street a
distance of 240.00 feet to the beginning of a curve of which the center line bears North 00
degrees, 14 minutes, 17 seconds West, 2,403.60 feet;
THENCE along said south line of closed street and said curve an arc distance of 99.34 feet to a
point for a corner;
THENCE North 87 degrees, 51 minutes. 17 seconds West, 60.36 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE North 00 degrees, 01 minute, 25 seconds West, 25.00 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE North 87 degrees, 51 minutes, 17 seconds West, 18.59 feet to the beginning of a curve

THENCE along said curve through a central angle of 00 degrees, 41 minutes, 25 seconds an arc
