BLOCK 1 HARLEM HILLS ADDITION THE FIVE FOOT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the 4500 Block of Neville Street from the south
right-of-way line of Helmick Avenue to the north right-of-way line
of a 20 foot wide east-west alley between Block 132 Chamberlin
Arlington Heights 2nd Filing and Block 1 Harlem Hills Addition
the five foot wide utility easement in Lot 21-R Block 124-R
Chamberlin Arlington Heights Addition 2nd Filing from the east
right-of-way line of Neville Street extending 150 feet east as
recorded in Volume 388-139 Page 96 P R T C T and the 10 foot
wide utility easement in Lot 21-R Block 124-R Chamberlin Arlington
Heights .Addition 2nd Filing from Neville Street east 400 feet to
the west property line of Lot 37-R Block 124 Chamberlin Arlington
Heights Addition 2nd Filing as recorded in Volume 388-139 Page 96
P R T C T be and the same are vacated abandoned permanently
closed and extinguished as a street right-of-way and utility easements
SECTION 2
That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated
street right-of-way and utility easements is hereby released and shall
revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage and it is so

that the City vacate
1 The 4500 block of Neville Street a width of 60' from Helmick Avenue south
125' to the north right-of-way line of a 20' wide east-west alley between
Block 132, Chamberlin Arlington Heights 2nd Filing and Block 1, Harlem
Hills Addition
2 The 5' wide. utility easement in Lot 21-R Block 124-R Chamberlin Arlington
Heights Addition 2nd. Filing, from Neville Street east 150' as recorded in
Volume 388=139, page 96 PRTCT
3 The 10' wide utility easement in Lot 21-R Block 124-R Chamberlin Arlington
Heights 2nd Filing from Neville Street east 400' to the west property line
of Lot 37-R, Block 124 Chamberlin Arlington H~ight~- 2nd Filing as recorde
in Volume 388-139, page 96 PRTCT
The subject street and easement right-of-way acquired by dedication are platted
but are not open on the ground and contain no utility facilities The subject
vacation request is made in order to replat the vacated right-of-way wyth
adjacent property to expand the building area and provide more usable yard
space
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objecti
to this request provided the vacated rights-of-way afe replatted with adjacent
property A satisfactory replat has been submitted
The Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends that the subject
street and utility rights-of-way be vacated
Recommendation

Street the 5' wide and 10' wide utility easements in Lot 21=R, Block 124-R
