I��ORTR, TEX• THE NORTH LINE OF PARK PLACE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE ALL SAINTS HOSPITAL SITE, TO ENDERLY PLACE; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF SIMILAR ORDINANCES AFFECTING THE NAMES OF STREETS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEKAS: SECTION 1. That the name of East Enderly Place, from the north line of Park Place to the south line of the All Saints Hospital. Site, is hereby changed to Enderly Place. SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances af- fecting the names of streets in the City of Fort Worth except in so fax as it may be in conflict with the provisions of those ordinances, in which instance they are hereby expressly repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and ef- fect from and after the date of its passage. Members of the City Council East Enderly Place City of Fort Worth Mrs. McKnight and Gentlemen: A petition has been received from the residents and property owners along East Enderly Place, which is a Korth-south street in Enderly Park Addi- tion, requesting that the"East" be deleted from the name of the street. The Post Office and utility companies have been contacted and they offer no objections to the proposed change. The Public Works and Planning De- partments are of the opinion that this proposed change is desirable. It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted to change the name of "East Enderly Place" to "Enderly Place" from the north line of Park Place to the south line of All Saints Hospital Site.
