City of Fort Worth, Texas Mayor DATE REFERENCE SUBJECT: PAGE NUMBER 3-11-63 PZ-51 Proposed ClosingUtilit Easement i °fes The owner of the south 300 feet of Lot 49 Stewart Industrial Addition, has requested the closing of a 10 foot wide utility easement extending in a north-south direction through the center of the lot. A utility company owning the north 25 feet of the lot and a company owning the south 175 feet of the north 200 feet of the lot have agreed to the closing. All private utility companies and municipal utility departments have been contacted and do not object to the proposed closing. The City Plan mission reviewed the request on February 139 1963,, and recommended that the easement be closed for the reason that it will permit better arrangement of industrial structures for which the property is zoned. It is therefore recommended that an ordinance be adopted closing this portion of the utility easement as requested. JLB s df Attachment n OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT. WORTH, TEX.
