AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING THE TEN FOOT UTILITY EASEMENTS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH AND BE- ING LOCATED IN BLOCK 14, WHITE LAKE HILLS ADDI- TION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS ; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH IN SAID LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS : SECTION 1 . That the following ten foot utility easements in Block 14, White Lake Halls Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas , be and the same are hereby extinguished, vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as easements for public utilities : The easement along the common lot line of Lots 10 and 11 in said Block 14 ; The easement along the northeast line of Lot 10 in said Block 14; and The easement along the south 30 feet of the east line of Lot 11 in said Block 14 . SECTION 2 . That the interest of the City of Fort Worth in the fee to the land in said easements above described is hereby re- leased and shall revert to the adjacent owner of the fee as provided by law. SECTION 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. Peters, owner of all adjoining property has requested vacation of the 10-foot utility easements as shown on the attached map and as described below: 1) Along the common lot line of lots 10 and 11, block 14, White Lake Hills Addition. 2) Along the northeast line of lot 10, block 14, White Lake Hills Addition. 3) Along the south 30 feet of the east line of lot 11, block 14, White Lake Hills Addition. Existing utilities located in these easements will be relocated in easements paralleling property lines on a revised plat, which has been prepared, sub- mitted and approved by appropriate agencies. Private utility companies, the Public Works, Water, Traffic Engineering, Park and Recreation, and Planning Departments have reviewed the request and do not object to the vacations. The City Plan Commission has reviewed the proposed closings and recommends adoption of an ordinance that has been prepared vacating the easements as requested.
