THE CITY OF FORT WORTH.
AREAS, there is now the stun of
Aolla..rs in what is known as the Clinic Fund,
as shown by the books of the City Auditor; and
WHEREAS, the Clinic has been operated
for some time o•jt of funds taken f rom the General
Fund of the City, and there is no further .use of
carrying a separate fund;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Board
of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, that
said amoun': of -Z dollars be transferred
from the Clinic 0 the General Fund of said City,
and said Clinic Fund closed; and

WHEREAS, there is now the sum of� 8 x�
dollars in what is known as the Street Special
Fund, as shown by the books of the City Auditor;
and
WHEREAS, the obligations for which said
Street Special Fund was crested have been paid; now
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of
CommissiAners of the City of Fort forth, that said
sum of �� ���8fdollars, be transferred to the Street
Improvemevit Fund, and said Street Special Fund be
closed; and
WHEREAS, there is n,pw in thA fund known
as Ordinance #738 the sum of zt' dollars, which
said fund was created for thn�� rposes set out in
said Ordinance #738; and
WHEREAS, the obligations mentioned in
said Ordinance #738 have been paid; now
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of
Commissi.oners_Qf the City of Fort Worth that the said
sum of„ 7�c x� dollars be transferred from said
0rdina�'ce #7381"to the General Fund of the City.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by tha Board of Corn-
missi.onsrs of the City of Fort Worth that the City
Auditor be ins1tructed to make the necessary changes
and transfer of funds upon the books in his office,
as required by the passage of this ordinance.
This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force after its passage
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Ordinance was duly presented, passed and adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, Texas,
at a Regular session of said Board held February 22nd,
