MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 13_ day of J U Ly , 2010, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas,to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

0.410640 acres, more or less being a 1544 square feet tract, more or less, out of a 19 acre tract of
land deeded to the Fort Worth Independent School District by the City of Fort Worth by
Warranty Deed dated December 1, 1937, recorded in Volume 1338, Page 601, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being out of the John P. Montgomery and J.M.C. Lynch Surveys and
being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said tract, being also the Southeast corner of the right-of-
way lines of University Drive and West Lancaster Avenue;
Thence easterly along the North line of said tract and the South ROW line of West Lancaster
Avenue, a distance of 9 feet to a point;
Thence South a distance of 40 feet to a point 9 feet East of the point of tangency of a curve in the
East ROW line of University Drive and continuing South 124.7 feet for a total of 165 feet to a
point;
Thence southeasterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 1322.87 feet 94.2 feet to a point
in the west property line of said tract, said point being also in the East ROW line of University
Drive;
Thence northerly along the said West property line along a curve to the right having a radius of
1948.26 feet219.3 feet to the above staked point of tangency;
Thence northerly continuing along said West property line 40.3 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 1544 square feet, more or less.
