AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILD EGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE .DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER., SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FLING DEFINITE USES Or' TIE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHO7JN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN2-00.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PE2MITTED TO EXIST SK LT, CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE: AND NAY'ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to -kit RECOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO The West 242®3 feet of Tract 15®B, Tract 15—R (3.24 acres), Tract 15—F, Tract 15—E and Tract 15—D, except the S200i of the above tracts, in the J. C. McComas Survey South IPBP@ IlIm (2700 and 2800 Blocks of Kjg o Road) Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 133, Chamberlin Arlington Heights, First Filing "Bao: TIEst: (5300 Block of W. Rosedale Street) Tracts 23, 24—A, 24—B, 24—C, and the Texas: &''Pa.cific Railway right—of—way 1300 feet West and 750 feet East of the E. Rosedale Underpass, all in the G. N. Butts Survey; Tracts 5, 6A., 6B, 6C, 6D, 6E, 6F, and Tract 6, in the f. H. Hudson Survey; and all of Blocks 3 and 3B, Rosedale Park addition "A,": & "Boo "Elf, (5700 Block of E. Rosedale) SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined riot less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1.
