AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, SECTIONS 105, 106 and 107 OF THE CITY CODE; LIMITING PARKING TITIE ON CERTAIN STREETS BY ESTABLISHING METER ZONES; PROVIDING THAT SAID ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL OTHER TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT `#'FORTH; PROVIDING A $200.00 PENALTY; AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT 'NORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1 That Chapter 25, Section 105, of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, 1950, establishing a meter zone limiting parking to thirty minutes on certain streets be amended by adding the following designations: STREET EXTENT SIDE Commerce Street From Ninth Street to Tenth Street East Ninth Street From Commerce Street to Calhoun Street South Calhoun Street From Ninth Street to Tenth Street West SECTION 2 That Chapter 25, Section 106, of the Code of the City of Fort North, 1950, establishing a meter zone limiting parking to one hour on certain steeets be amended by deleting the following designation: STREET EXTENT SIDE Commerce Street From East Belknap St. to East 11th St. East and by substituting the following designations: STREET EXTENT SIDE Commerce Street East Belknap St. to East 9th St. East Commerce Street East 10th St. to East llth St. East Ninth Street Commerce St. to Calhoun St. North Calhoun Street East 9th St. to East 10th St. East SECTION 3 That Chapter 25, Section 107, of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, 1950, establishing a meter zone limiting parking to two hours on certain streets be amended by deleting the following designations: STREET EXTENT SIDE Ninth Street Commerce St. to Jones St. Both Calhoun Street East 8th St. to East 11th St. Both and by substituting the following designations: STREET EXTENT SIDE Ninth Street Calhoun St. to Jones St, Both Calhoun Street East 8th St. to Ninth St, Both Calhoun Street East 10th St. to East lith St. Both SECTION 4 This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth affecting traffic and shall not operate to repeal or affect any such ordinance or ordinances, except insofar as the provisions of such ordinances or ordinance are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, in which instance or instances those provisions shall be and they are hereby repealed. SECTION 5 Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or permit, suffer or allow, anyone to violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of an offense, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not to exceed the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) SECTION 6 This ordinance shall effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and publication as required by law.
