BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: Section 1. That the hereinafter described territory lying adjacent to the City of Fort Worth is hereby annexed and brought within the corporate limite and made an integral part of said City of Fort Worth, said territory being situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: An area west of Lake Worth, including parts of the J. Wilcox Survey No. 3, the A. Van Ordstran Survey, the C. Johnson Survey, the M. Hunt Survey and the J. Wilcox Survey No. 33; BEGINNING at a point in the present City of Fort Worth city limit line at its intersection with the north line of County Road No. 4031; thence westerly and north- erly with the northerly and easterly line of County Road No. 4031 to its intersection with the south line of State Highway Farm-To-Market Road No. 1886, also known as County Road No. 4054; thence easterly with the southerly line of said State Highway Farm-To-Market Road No. 18%, also known as County Road No. 4054, to its intersection with the present City of Fort Worth city limit line also being the west line of the J. Wilcox Survey No. 34; thence gen- erally southerly, then easterly, then southerly, then west- erly and southerly along and with the present City of Fort j Worth city limit line to the point of beginning and con- taining approximately 1.5 square miles of land, more or lessr as per attached plat. i Section 2. That this ordinance shall be published one time .in the Fort Worth Press, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Worth, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40, Chapter XXVIII, of the City Charter. Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than thirty (30) days from the date of its publication as aforesaid, and it is so ordained.
