The subject street rights -of -way acquired by dedication are paved segments of Cleburne Road, which have been physically closed in accordance with realignment of Cleburne Road in order to provide a T" intersection with McCart Street There a --e no utility facilities contained within the subject rights -of -way The subject utility and public open space easements acquired by dedication are not in use and contain no public utility facilities Reviewing City Departments and private utility companies have reviewed this request and have offered no objections provided the vacated street rights -of -way and easement are replatted with abutting property A satisfactory replat has been submitted The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends that the sub- ject street ?eights -of -way and easements be vacated as requested Recommendation It is recommended that an Ordinance be adopted vacating the subject street rights -of-way and easements as recommended by the City Plan Commission APPROVE By CITY COUNICAL VS cIrl� Attachment r of 4:n �$ SUBMITTED FOR 1H CITY MANAGER'S DISPOSITION BY COUNCIL.
