ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITYa AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE `JIIEREASa the City of Fort Worth9 Texaa9 has heretofore entered into a contract with _Austin Road Com anv g for the malting end congtruction of certain street improvements on lbe hereinafter described portions of streetsg avenues and public places in said Cityn tom~it WEST CLEBURNE ROAD LOOP From West Cleburne Road to 3,850' east known and - designated as Project No 021-36505-00 ti~iFiEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort YJorth, Texas, including Ordinance No 7994 , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, 6uHER:r;A3, the City Council of the oity of Fort Vyorth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary t~o grant and issue certain credits aF;ainst some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 7994 , and WHEFiI:Aa, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NUbJ, TFiEN.t:FORE, BE IN ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFiE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXt'~i, THAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
