ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE VACATING ABANDONING AND CLOSING VARIOUS STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH SAID STREETS BEING THE 3300-3700 BLOCKS OF ENNIS AVENUE THE 3500-3700 BLOCKS OF FISHER AVENUE THE 600 BLOCK OF ALVORD AVENUE THE 600 BLOCK OF BLUE GROVE. AVENUE THE 500-700 BLOCKS OF COVELLA AVENUE THE 20 FOOT BY 60 FOOT PORTION OF COVELLA AVENUE NOT VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO 4555 THE 700 BLOCK OF DENAIR STREET ALL ALLEYS IN THE 66 69 70 71 72 AND 73 BLOCKS OF THE RIVERSIDE ADDITION THIRD FILING THE 20 FOOT ALLEY FROM THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 5 & 19 BLOCK 42 WEST TO COVELLA AVENUE AND THE 20 FOOT ALLEY FROM THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 4 AND 10 BLOCK 43 .EAST TO COVELLA AVENUE PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PRO- VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 That the below described streets and alleys be and the same are hereby vacated abandoned and permanently closed for street or alley purposes A The 3300-3700 blocks of Ennis Avenue from the east right-of-way line of Swayne Avenue to the west right-of-way line of Brandies Street B The 3500-3700 blocks of Fisher Avenue from the east right-of-way line of Blue Grove Avenue to the west right-of-way line of Brandies Street C The 600 block of Alvord Avenue from the south right-of-way line of Fisher Avenue to the north right-of-way line of Ennis Avenue D The 500-700 blocks of Covella Avenue from the south right-of-way line of Lawnwood Avenue south to the Trinity River and that 20 foot by 60 foot portion of Covella Avenue not vacated by Ordinance No 4555 located in the Riverside Addition Third Filing extending 20 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 1 Block 42 to the northwest corner of Lot 15 Block 42 thence 60 feet west to the northwest corner of Lot 12 Block 43 thence 20 feet north to the southwest corner of Lot 6 Block 43 thence 60 feet to the place of beginning E The 700 block of Denair Street from the south right-of-way line of Ennis Avenue to the Trinity River F The 20 foot wide alley in Block 42 more particularly described as BEING a 20 foot wide strip of land platted as an alley in Block 42 RIVERSIDE.
