.~ r^ ORDINANCE N0 ~~'~ f0 AN ORDINANCE VACATING ABANDONING CLOSING AND EXTENGUISHING PORTIONS OF A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE WEST AND NORTH LINES OF LOT 1 BLOCK 1 WOODLAKE ESTATES ADDITION PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LANDS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ANL PROVI]~ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 THAT the part of the utility easement along the north and west lines of Lot 1 Block 1 Woodlake Estates as shown by plat recorded in Vol 388-188 Page 91 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County Texas and being more particularly described in four parts as follows Part No 1 The south 10 ft of the 15 ft wide uti ity easement adjacent to the north line of said lot extending easterly from the northwest corner of said lot a distance of 77 ft Part No 2 The south 15 ft of the 20 ft wide ,. utility easement adjacent to the north line of said lot extending east from a point 77 ft east of the northwest corner of said lot a distance of 7 ft to a point 84 ft east of said corner Part No 3 The east 10 ft of the 15 ft wide uti~_ity easement adjacent to the west line of said lot extending southerly from the northwest corner of said lot a distance of 90 ft Part No 4 The east 3 ft of the 15 ft wide utility easement adjacent to the west line of said lot ex- tending southerly from a point 95 ft southerly from the northwest corner of said lot a distance of ap- proximately 45 ft to the southerly end of said 15 ft wide easement be and the same is vacated abandoned permanently closed and ex- tinguished as an easement for utility purposes SECTION 2 That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed I -`.
