UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 1-4 BLOCK C J T COUCH ADDITION EXTENDING FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE. OF OAKVIEW STREET TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 1 J T COUCH ADDITION AND EXTENDING ITS WIDTH FROM THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 1-4 BLOCK C 5 FEET WESTWARD PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS.
