UTILITY EASEMENT COLLINEAR WITH THE COMMON LOT LINES OF LOTS 2R AND 3R BLOCK 1 C R MULKEY SUBDIVISION. EXTENDING 5 FEET ON EITHER SIDE. OF SAID LINE AND EXTENDING FROM THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HITSON LANE TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 2R and 3R AND A FIVE FOOT WIDE. UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN AND ADJACENT TO THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 1B 2R 3R AND 4R BLOCK 1 C R MULKEY SUBDIVISION EXTENli.ING 5 FEET EAST OF SAID LINE AND EXTENDING IN LENGTH FROM A PO:INT~.S FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1B NORTHWARD TO A POINT 5 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 4R PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF~FEE IN SAID LANDS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!'HE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 That the ten foot wide utility easement collinear with the common lot line of Lots 2R and 3R Block 1 C R Mulkey Subdivision extending 5 feet on either side of said line and extending from the west right-of-way line of Hitson Lane to the west property line of Lots 2R and 3R and a five foot wide utility easement within and adjacent to the west line of Lots 1B 2R 3R and 4R Block 1 C R Mulkey Subdivision extending 5 feet east of said line and extending along the west line of Lots 1B 2R 3R and 4R from a point 5 feet north of the south line of Lot 1B northward to a point 5 feet south of the north property line of Lot 4R be and the same are vacated abandoned permanently closed and extinguished as easements for utility purposes SECTION 2 That the fee to the lands in the above-described vacated utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
