ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ABANDONING AND CLOSING A
FIVE FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AND PORTIONS OF A
TWENTY FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED IN
CHIMNEY WOOD SECTION OF MEADOWBROOK HILLS BLOCK
2 LOTS 1-R THROUGH 6-R PROVIDING FOR REVERSION
IN FEE OF SAID LAND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
That a five foot wide utility easement and portions of
a twenty foot wide utility easement said easements having been
acquired by dedication and being located in the Chimney Wood
Section of Meadowbrook Hills Block 2 Lots 1-R through 6-R and
said easements being more fully described as follows

herewith are hereby repealed
SECTION 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage and it is so
ordained

Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject utility and
drainage easements
