MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the day of i�+ �' , 2010, a Paid Up Oil
and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and Finley Resources, Inc., 1308 Lake
Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where LESSOR hereby grants,
leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for, developing, producing
and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances produced in
association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County, Texas, to-
wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above. �j,�

described as the following five (5) tracts:
TRACT ONE: 0.2870 acres, being all of Lots 12 & 13,Block 4, Riverside Gardens Addition,
an Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as described at Plat thereof
recorded at Volume 388-B, Page 190, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas and as described in that
certain Warranty Deed, dated February 24, 1954,by and between Clifton Rhodes, et ux, as Grantor
and the City of Fort Worth, as Grantee, recorded at Volume 2691, page 598, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas..
TRACT TWO: 0.6787 acres, more or less, being a part of Lots 1 & 2, and ALL of Lots 15 &
16, Block 4, in addition to a part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Block 5, all out of the Riverside Gardens
Addition, an Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as described at Plat
thereof recorded at Volume 388-B, Page 190, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and more
particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed dated May 28, 1953, by and between Lacy W.
Goostree, as Grantor and the City of Fort Worth, as Grantee, recorded at Volume 2583, Page 392,
Deed Records,Tarrant County,Texas.
TRACT THREE: 0.4576 acres, more or less, being a part of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, Block 5, Riverside
Gardens Addition, an Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as described at
Plat thereof recorded at Volume 388-B, Page 190, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and more
particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed, by and between Julia Mae Levy, as Grantor
and the City of Fort Worth, as Grantee, recorded at Volume 2606, Page 51, Deed Records, Tarrant
County,Texas.
TRACT FOUR: 0.1435 acres, more or less, being all of Lot 14, Block 4 Riverside Gardens

particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed, by and between Mrs. Starting (Emma)
