THE C03!RPLETE- ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITYa AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE wHEREASa the City of Fort worthy Texas9 has heretofore entered into a contract with y for the making aced construction of certain street impi°orrements on ~jhe ereinafter described portions of streetsy avenues and public places in said City, tom~rit UNIT I ALLEN AVENUE From Lipscomb Street to Hemphill Street, known and de- signated as Project No 1'04-22000"=1'49, Unit I; UNIT II ALLEN AVENUE From Hemphill Street to St Louis Avenue, known and ~' designated as Project No 1'04=22000=1'49, Unit II tivHEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, including Ordinance No 7896 , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on aach of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, wHEtiEAS, the City council of the pity of Fort ~'~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 7896 , and WHEIi~;Aa, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, <3venues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NOW, Tt~FtL:FORE, BE IN ORDAIN~;D I3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, THAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and tr.-ey are hereby, accepted;
