and, wHEf~A3, the City Council of the pity of Fort ~~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some insi;ances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and nece;;sary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 7846 , and WHEf~;A.~, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NOtiu, TtH;HEFORE, BE IN ORDAINED ~3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, T.F:XAd, `THAT I The improvements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
