ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITYa AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE CJHEREASa the City of Fort North, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract with Austin Road Comaa~y certain street improvementffi on public plece~ in said City, to BEACH STREET WEST t , for the making end construction of reinafter described portions of streets, arrenues and From Maurice Street to North Beach Str-eet, known and de- signated as Project No 021=24=278-00 r tivHEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort Ydorth, Texas, including Ordinance No 8007 , a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, WHEREAS, the City council of the pity of Fort ~'yorth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No RnaZ , and 4~HF;fiEA:i, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance Faith the contract therefor;
