REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS SECTION 1 That a certain portion of Old Granbury Road in the 5300 block adjacent to tracts lA and 2A N B Risk Survey more particularly described as follows Part of the N B Risk Survey Abstract No 1913 situated in the southwest part of Fort Worth in Tarrant County Texas and being more particularly described as follows Commence at a 3/4' iron rod in the west line of the N B Risk Survey Abstract No 1913 and the west line of the John F Heath Survey Abstract No 641 for the southerly corner of a 0 38 acre tract described in the deed to Trailwood Land Company and recorded in Volume 6939 Page 1164 of the Tarrant County Deed Records then run north 32 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds east 113 24 feet along the northwest line of Old Granbury Road to the point of beginri.ing of the tract being described Thence continue north 32 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds east along the northwest line of Old Granbury Road and the southeast Line of said 0 38 acre tract for a distance of 84 05 to a point for the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the left with a radius of 314 feet Thence northeasterly along said curve to the left a distance of 119 34 feet the chord of said 119 34 feet arc is north 58 degrees 35 minutes 56 seconds east 118 63 feet Thence south 32 degrees 11 minutes 04 seconds west 275 14 feet to a point for a corner Thence north no degr~aes 15 minutes 12 seconds west 99 97 feet to the point of beginning and containing 9038 square feet be and the same is vacated abandoned and permanently closed as a right-of-way SECTION 2 That the fee to the lands in the above described vacated. street right-of-way is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by ]Law .~ -~- ~r~„, SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
